*  Winter 2008 MBSR Classes: 2 sessions
at Baltimore Yoga Village, Hampden.

-Sundays, 1/13-3/9 (skips 2/3), 2:30-5pm. Retreat Sunday 3/16, 1-5pm.

-Fridays, 2/15-4/4, 9:30-noon. Retreat Friday 4/4, 1-5pm.

$450 (sliding scale avail).   Email for registration form.

*  Private mindfulness training (MBSR) for executives, physicians and other professionals.  $1,200; $1,500 your location.

*  Workplace trainings - Stress reduction, self-care, mindfulness-based therapies, retreats. Inquire.

*  Weekly mindfulness practice class - beginners welcome, drop-in, no pre-registration. 5:30-7pm, breathe books, www.breathebooks.com. Donation.  Co-sponsored by IMCW. 

Trish Magyari, MS is a long-time counselor/educator with 30 years meditation experience, 10 years experience teaching MBSR. She has led five sucessful MBSR clinical trials.  Her teaching is clear, compassionate and inclusive).
